Pre-launch status

Lessware is pre-launch. GetLessware.com is a coming-soon company site. It describes product direction, business principles, and transparency commitments. It does not offer a live personal-finance application, live customer accounts, or live financial data connectivity through this domain.

Product screenshots, dashboard illustrations, and roadmap descriptions are product concepts unless explicitly labeled otherwise. They must not be understood as proof of live customer data, revenue traction, or shipped features.

Lessware is defining its legal and governance structure before accepting institutional capital. Entity formation, banking, and consumer financial product launch will occur on timelines described in public disclosures—not implied by this site.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the site and submit forms. You must provide accurate contact information when requested.

Permitted use

You may use GetLessware.com to:

• Learn about Lessware's mission, product direction, and business model
• Express non-binding funding interest
• Join the early-user waitlist
• Submit public ideas subject to the AI Participation Policy
• View Open Ledger and policy materials

You may not:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or endpoints
• Submit malware, spam, or abusive content
• Scrape or overload the site in ways that impair service for others
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Lessware

No securities offer

The funding interest form on GetLessware.com invites conversation only. It is not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities. Lessware does not publish investment terms, valuation, or offering documents through this site without appropriate legal review.

Nothing on GetLessware.com constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Prospective funders should consult their own advisors. The SEC and state regulators treat public website content as potentially relevant to general solicitation analysis depending on content and offering pathway; Lessware intends to work with counsel before publishing any securities terms.

Forms and communications

Funding interest

By submitting funding interest, you represent that your information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You consent to Lessware contacting you about your submission and, if you opt in, sending updates about Lessware's progress. Opt-in marketing is not required to browse the site.

Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you consent to the communications you select on the form. Waitlist membership does not guarantee beta access, launch timing, or feature availability.

Public ideas

Idea submissions are governed by the AI Participation Policy and the permissions you select on the form.

By submitting an idea, you represent that you have the right to submit the content; your submission does not include prohibited content (financial records, credentials, confidential information, security vulnerabilities, or patent-sensitive material); and you understand Lessware makes no promise to adopt, implement, compensate, or keep your idea confidential unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You grant Lessware only the permissions you explicitly select: publication, build-upon, and AI-assisted review. You retain your original expression. Lessware may publish, decline, defer, or internalize submissions as roadmap candidates at its discretion after human review.

Intellectual property

Lessware content

The site, Lessware name, logos, design, text, and materials we create are owned by Lessware or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of your idea submissions. You grant Lessware a limited license to use submissions only as permitted by your form selections and these Terms.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessware disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Lessware does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that product concepts will become features on any timeline, that financial or savings outcomes will result from future products, or that AI-assisted review is unbiased or complete.

Lessware does not claim guaranteed savings, free-forever access, complete anonymity, or unsupported security superlatives.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lessware and its founders, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of GetLessware.com or reliance on site content.

To the extent permitted by law, Lessware's total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid Lessware in the twelve months before the claim—whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lessware from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by Lessware's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or describe third-party services (for example, Plaid in product direction materials). Lessware does not control third parties and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Termination

Lessware may suspend or block access to the site or forms for conduct that violates these Terms or creates risk to Lessware or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where US federal law applies. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the site lies in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on GetLessware.com with a new effective date. Material changes may be noted in the Open Ledger Decisions log.
